Our Client, one of the worlds leading international banks, is looking for a

SENIOR CREDIT ANALYST

In this challenging role You will be responsible for Underwriting of new and existing clients and debtors credit facilities, in accordance with the business Policy and with the objective of minimizing exposure to credit losses.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare written investment approval recommendations, comprising the detailed analysis of prospect companies financial statements, describing the transaction structure, the collateral performance and collectability, and overall risks and mitigants. 
• Take adequate measures to ensure all compliance matters and Regulatory matters have been addressed within the transaction;
• Work closely with the sales reps, the client management team the local, European and US Risk teams and follow up with requests of deals facility amendments;
• The incumbent may, according to experience, be granted discretionary approval authorities under Policy;
• Ensure continuing compliance with credit re-insurance policy with a third party insurer.

 Requirements:

• University Degree qualified with five to seven years’ experience of commercial/corporate credit underwriting, preferably with experience and solid understanding of receivables finance.;
• Awareness and familiarity with financial legal contracts and their enforcement;
• Fluent spoken and written Italian and English language;
• Strong IT skills including financial modelling experience.;
• Self-confident and decisive personality, strong interpersonal skills and team player
