Corporate Structuring Equity

Primary Objective of the job and main Responsibilities:

Within the Global Markets Solutions & Financing business unit, the Corporate Structuring team develops financial products and services dedicated to corporations, both Italian and international. The senior person will work within the Corporate Structuring team, with the main focus on strategic equity transactions like margin loans, put and collar financing, share buybacks, ESOP solutions, hedging of strategic equity stakes.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

At least 10 years of experience in strategic equity transactions.

Excellent financial and quantitative skills with legal and accounting experience, proven in strategic equity transactions.

Ability to work in autonomy, liaising with the other offices within the bank (sales, trading, relationship managers and other staff) and with clients.

Proven experience in managing complex and developing new products.

Location: Milan.
