Our Client is an international Group (63.000 employees, revenue 17 billion) committed to the design and production of hi-tech systems and components for the automotive sector which is in an important phase of integration and transformation. With Production Units, R&D Centres and Application Centres located worldwide (in 20 countries), it supplies all the most important car-makers in Europe, North and South America and Asia. We are looking for:
IT Sales & Marketing Process Expert
He/she will directly report to the Head of ICT Process Governance and will be the main ICT partner for Sales, Marketing and Communication departments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in Sales, Marketing and Communication strategy and initiatives development for all ICT-related impacts
- Implement and manage multi-channel, marketing campaigns
- Establish historical baseline performance metrics for all digital marketing initiatives, continuing to track and report on performance effectiveness as new campaigns and marketing capabilities evolve
- Manage the planning and budgeting activities for business process projects ensuring completeness of functional specification
- Liaise with internal and external resources to ensure timely and accurate projects development and roll out.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing and Communication or similar
- At least 5 years’ experience in an office setting, working in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing business processes and sales/CRM application’s landscape (Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus), and digital marketing channels, including Social Media, SEO, SEM and Email
- Strong experience with testing methodologies and cross-channel, digital marketing tactics
- Basic understanding of lead generation techniques, marketing-sales funnel optimization, landing page development and marketing automation tools/software
- Familiar with SEO, SEM, UX and content marketing, typically bridging software development activities with web/marketing agencies
- Well-spoken, diplomatic and adept at interpersonal communications
- Able to work independently and manage complicated timelines
- Fluent in English.
