We are looking for:

WELDING PROCESS TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER

Location: Italy or Poland

The Main purpose of the role is to work inside the process technology central function supporting the development of new processes and improvement planned on the WW business line plants in order to achieve the objectives of the company.

Major Responsibilities:

• To support operations cross functional team in order to improve:

• To develop new machines, processes and tools accordingly to manufacturing Company rules
• To participate in new projects / APQP meetings and plant capacity expansion project
• To understand the process audit requirements of various customers and to ensure that these requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Technical Degree
• Fluent English
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar role
• Knowledge of welding and safety processes, strong competence on CO2 / spot / projection / seam welding processes
• Competence on machine and tooling / fixture design & sourcing/procurement and parameter definition/optimization and setting
• Welding patent and welded joints metallography control awareness
• Strong availability to move abroad about 70% total working time
• Capability to work in an international environment and ability to approach to different Plants/BU/Division worldwide.
